Shoko used to work at Quebrada bakery so I will be writing the review this time. My description and explanation won’t be as detailed and comprehensive as Shoko’s though but I hope you get the gist of what I’m trying to say.
I can’t say much about the cranberry banana muffin since I only took a small bite but Shoko seemed to enjoy every last bite of it. If I’m remembering correctly I think it had a strong banana taste to it which is always a plus.
Anyways on to the almond croissant. This thing is filled with almond paste! Really delicious almond paste too. The croissant itself is light, buttery, and flaky. Not a fake croissant that looks like one on the outside and is just regular bread on the inside. I think all almond croissants should be like this. The only thing I would say is add more almond paste if that’s even possible.
