almond butter cookies

almond butter cookies


adapted from Recchiuti Recipe

1 cup organic unsalted almond butter

1/2 cup granulated cane sugar

1 large egg, slightly beaten

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup baking walnuts, chopped


1. mix everything together.
2. add the walnuts and chocolate chips
3. bake at 350 F from 12-15 minutes


I’ve made this recipe before but this time it didn’t go as well. I should’ve baked it a little longer since it was kind of chewy. I prefer crispy … but still a good flourless nut butter cookie!
